Rick Rockwell is a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. He is also a Senior Vice President and Director of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. He serves as Director of Sales with responsibility for all defined contribution plan business development. In addition, Rick is a Vice President and Director of T. Rowe Price Stable Asset Management and a Director of T. Rowe Price Trust Company. Prior to joining the firm in 1982, he was a Vice President of The Vanguard Group of Investment Companies, and prior to that, a Vice President with Wellington Management Company of Boston. He earned a B.S. and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at University of Pennsylvania. Rick is a registered principal of the National Association of Securities Dealers, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives.
